Welcome to SpongeHome (hereinafter referred to as “this App”). To ensure you use the services of this App safely and legally, please carefully read and agree to the following terms before using the app. This agreement is legally binding. By using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

  1. Scope of the Agreement

1. This agreement is a contract between you and the service provider of this App (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) regarding the use of the services provided by this App.

2. This agreement applies to all services offered by this App. Your use of the services is considered acceptance of this agreement.

  1. User Responsibilities

1. When using this App, users must comply with relevant laws and regulations and must not engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:

• Publishing illegal, false, or infringing content;

• Compromising network security or attempting unauthorized access to other systems;

• Using this App for unauthorized purposes, such as commercial promotion or malicious data manipulation.

2. Users must safeguard their account information. Any issues arising from the user’s failure to protect their account security are the user’s sole responsibility.

3. Account Registration and Login

• You may register and log in to this App using your Apple ID. Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a unique user account.

• This account allows you to access and enjoy all services provided by this App. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Account Cancellation and Deletion

• (1) If you no longer wish to use the services provided by this App, you may apply to delete your account. Upon deletion, all records and information associated with your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

• (2) If we discover that your account violates this agreement or any applicable laws, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently freeze your account without assuming any liability.

1. We are committed to protecting users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.

2. To provide better services, this App may collect certain necessary user information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

  1. Service Changes and Interruptions

1. We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, or suspend services based on operational needs and technological developments.

2. We shall not be held liable for any service interruptions caused by force majeure or other factors beyond our control but will strive to minimize the impact on users.

  1. Intellectual Property

1. All content within this App, including but not limited to software, design, text, images, and technology, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not use, copy, modify, or distribute such content without authorization.

2. Content created by users using this App belongs to the user. However, users grant us a global, non-exclusive license to use the content for promotional or service improvement purposes.

1. The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the location of the service provider.

Subscription – Payment

  1. Subscription Services
    • This App offers a subscription – based premium service. By subscribing, you can unlock exclusive features and content within the App. The specific details of the premium features will be clearly indicated in the App.
  2. Payment Methods
    • Payments for subscriptions are processed through the App Store. You are required to use a valid and authorized payment method associated with your Apple ID. The payment will be charged to your iTunes account or Apple ID account upon confirmation of the purchase.
  3. Subscription Plans
    • You can choose from different subscription plans, such as monthly, annual, or one – time purchase plans, according to your actual needs. Each plan has its own price and service duration, which are clearly displayed in the App.
  4. Auto – renewal
    • Unless you turn off the auto – renewal function at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed. The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal amount will be determined based on the applicable price at that time.
  5. Managing Subscriptions
    • You can manage your subscriptions in the “Account Settings” section of the App. Here, you can turn off the auto – renewal function, view your subscription history, and check the remaining service duration.
  6. Free Trials
    • If a free trial period is provided for the subscription, any unused portion of the free trial will expire if you purchase the subscription during the trial period.
  7. Refunds
    • Refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store and our internal regulations. In general, once a subscription is purchased and the service has been provided, refunds may not be available, except in cases where required by law.

    如果为订阅提供了免费试用期，在试用期内购买订阅的情况下，免费试用的任何未使用部分将失效。
  7. 退款
    退款政策受应用商店的条款和我们的内部规定约束。一般来说，一旦购买了订阅且服务已提供，除非法律要求，否则可能不予退款。

其他条款

  1. 本协议的解释、有效性和执行均受中华人民共和国法律管辖。
  2. 因本协议产生的任何争议应通过友好协商解决。如果协商不成，任何一方均可将争议提交至服务提供商所在地的有管辖权的法院。
